analyzes the 'hieratic' qualities of sacred art.
Through the examples of Hinduism, Buddhism,
Egypt, Maya and Aztec, he exposes the lost and
hidden style underlying all these traditions.

in this tradition due to the emergence
of the 'humanist' style.

...I had an amazing Summer of 2008.

In July, twelve talented & motivated artists came out
for my VISIONS IN THE MISCHTECHNIK seminar in Italy.

In August, I headed out to the BOOM FESTIVAL in Portugal
to exhibit, speak on a panel & enjoy the ambiance...

Then in September, I travelled to Klagenfurt Austria
where I joined some of my seminar students
to continue painting in Ernst Fuchs'
Apocalypse chapel.

SUMMER 07 - L. CARUANA & ALEX GREY ENTHEOLOGUE
 
     In August 2007, Alex Grey and I got together at The Chapel of Sacred Mirros in New York
for an Entheologue discussion on the role of Entheogens in Visionary Art.
The Entheologue discussion was recorded and is now available
in the Features section.






I am also the Editor of The Visionary Revue.

Issue 4 is a special feature on Entheogens and Visionary Art.
Loaded with images and in-depth texts, The Visionary Revue is an on-line journal
documenting the latest trends in the international movement known as Visionary Art.
